In the role of Lead, Business Domain Risk, Security & Compliance, you'll tackle complex challenges as you develop and diversify your professional experiences while helping others grow and develop their skills.
In this role you’ll be responsible for:
Developing and managing the Information Security and Compliance programs.
Socializing programs with key stakeholders and their team’s ensuring collaboration and process adoption.
Establishing Goals and Priorities around the strategic initiatives for these areas.
Defining and Tracking KPIs and Metrics to drive improvements within security and compliance areas of responsibilities.
Promoting awareness of the Information Security and Compliance programs through Information Research.
Supporting IR Domain areas from an Information Security and SAT perspective.
Ensuring Domains are aware of the security vulnerabilities, and they develop a remediation plan then ensure teams remediate and track events to closure.
Leading staff in the execution of security and compliance activities and defines effective ways to work cross-functionally with the teams.
Supporting teams with their security remediation plans ensuring teams are aligning to agreed schedules and timelines.
Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with BTS Information Research Domain teams.
