Your Impact
Conduct advanced analytics and modeling to analyze sales compensation plan performance, conduct scenario analysis, and present the results to senior leadership
Understand the interplay of key data attributes such as employee data, sales territories, quotas, and compensation data
Generate comprehensive sales performance reports and self-service dashboards to enable sales leadership make effective decisions 
Partner with cross-functional team members to construct cohesive, data-driven narratives addressing compensation related challenges
Work closely with data engineers to enhance data systems and algorithms driving business performance
