We are looking for a Manager, Field Medical Affairs Analytics who will be responsible for supporting and executing upon Field Medical strategy and tactics within the United States. This role will partner across Medical functions, including with Commercial, to provide novel insights and investigation into Ascendis’ disease state areas and therapeutics. You will have a primary focus on supporting the anticipated launch of an investigational treatment for hypoparathyroidism currently under review by the FDA. You will work closely with Field Medical Leadership and Ascendis’ Regional Medical Scientists day-to-day and have the opportunity to manage data mining processes according to medical strategy and global needs. Creative license is a critical part of this role, and you will be welcome to design your own working models to help Field Medical assess goal adherence and tracking. Key Responsibilities
The Manager will work closely with Field Medical Leadership to build and manage data mining projects for U.S. Field Medical scientific data 
Make use of statistical methods and data visualization techniques to identify trends among materials usage and interactions with healthcare providers 
Create multifaceted reports for senior leadership and other internal stakeholders that encapsulate medical affairs impact and field effectiveness 
Optimize field engagement and regional mapping 
Manage Veeva CRM platform in collaboration with IT and Data Science Units 
Develop and maintain lists of KOLs in multiple therapeutic areas, and track KOL involvement as part of Ascendis’ medical affairs activities 
Mentor teammates on technical best practices and information technology optimization 
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Scientific Communications and Medical Information to gather data inputs and align strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a science, technology, or engineering field 
At least 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry with demonstrated ability to lead and perform scientific data analysis 
Experience with leading own projects with direct guidance from VP-level executives 
Knowledge of how to deploy technology to improve efficiencies and drive greater scientific intelligence collection 
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Veeva/CRM platforms, and statistical analysis tools  
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. 
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting. 
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and pivot to high priority projects as a function of business need 
Must be able to travel 10% - domestic and international
