Today we are hiring a Maintenance Generalist - 2nd Shift for our Portland, OR client. This position is onsite and you must have a minimum of (6) months of continuous work experience in maintenance with a single employer Or currently attending/graduated from an industrial maintenance training program in the last (3) years.
Past experience, special training, and formal education is preferred but not required for this outlined position.
We are offering a $4K sign-on bonus for all new hires, increments... 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of employment.
This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to the company policies and procedures.

You must be willing to maintain, troubleshoot and repair a variety of electro-mechanical equipment in a food processing environment.
Must be willing to perform troubleshooting, repairs, and provide technical support for all phases of the operation.
Must be willing to communicate as needed and understand technical and training manuals.
Must be willing to standing, walking, bending, stretching, climb up/downstairs and ladders up to 20ft, and lift/push/ pull up to 75 pounds.
Must be willing to work in temp that range for 20 degrees to 50 degrees.
