Senior Technical Program Manager

In search of a mid to senior level Technical Program Manager. You will run a program in your area of expertise or specific background that could range from DevOps and Infrastructure, to Software Development, to New Production Development. You will be expected to manage autonomously, but to be part of a larger technology focused program team supporting our innovations in digital healthcare and diagnostics. We are focused on creating a novel healthcare model that empowers the individual to manage their health.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of project and program management of technical application, system, or and/or hardware development.
Experience in a startup or small business environment
Experience managing product development objectives and timelines
Understanding of business drivers and deliverables
Ability to define and communicate dependencies and obstacles
Willingness to learn new technologies in order to effectively manage
Preferred
Experience in a large organization with more program structure as a reference for progression
Experience managing small teams
Ability to think strategically while acting tactically
Demonstrated ability to manage cross functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop portfolio of projects with supporting documentation Project plans, milestones, timelines
We use Jira with Confluence for the majority of our information and documentation
Develop reports and presentationsTeam and leadership updates
Work in sync with product owners to enable and support their effortsAssist with problem solving, coordinating progress and removing roadblocks
Provide maturity of approach and process for nascent teamYour experience will be critical to building a successful, accountable and aligned team
Manage stakeholders across product lines and organization Some programs will be heavily engineering focused, others will be focused on areas that interact with Finance, Marketing, Science and Medical stakeholders
Your area of focus will be based on preference and experience.
