Monta will use the EUR 80M funding to double down on its successful software-only strategy by strengthening investments in all markets and improving and expanding its product to new sectors ready to embark on an electrified future.
Join our Revenue Operations team:
As a Revenue Operations Manager (or Specialist depending on experience level) at Monta you will play a critical role in our operations team, focusing on maximizing revenue efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in insight mining, operational excellence and thought leadership. Although direct people management is not an initial requirement, the ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams and be prepared to take on leadership responsibilities as the role evolves.
(Some of) the things you will be working on:
Lead cross-functional initiatives to identify and rectify inefficiencies in the revenue cycle, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Conduct deep-dive analysis on sales and marketing data to forecast trends, assess performance, and uncover optimization opportunities.
Oversee the implementation and management of revenue operations tools, ensuring seamless departmental integration and alignment.
Establish and refine scalable processes that uphold best practices in lead generation, sales conversion, customer engagement, and customer expansion.
Provide regular reporting on revenue performance metrics, offering strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
Liaise with finance and business intelligence teams to guarantee precise revenue tracking and adherence to fiscal policies.

Improving key Sales and Customer Success metrics QoQ
Improving time efficiencies, such as reducing admin and data collection turnaround
Accuracy of planning and forecasting, through improved and proactive data visibility
Requirements
The Role & Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in Strategy, Sales or Marketing Operations, Finance, Business Consulting, or related fields.
Proven track record of owning account carving, territory planning, market expansion motions
Ability to deep dive into performance data and determine the risks and opportunities to key metrics (Total ARR, CAC, NRR, Magic Number, CSAT)
Outstanding capability in delivering timely and proactive insights to Sales Executives and teams, adept at resolving both existing and unforeseen challenges, and providing recommended actions.
Bring best practices/first principle design to innovating processes
Proven track record in facilitating strategic discussions, driving decision-making processes, and ensuring organizational alignment on key initiatives.
Proficiency in CRM and revenue operations technologies, with a keen understanding of how to leverage these tools for business growth.
Demonstrated skill in creating impactful C-level and Board-level content, including narrative structuring and presentation decks
Deep understanding and experience directly supporting at least three of the following areas: Marketing, Sales Development, Sales, Partnerships/Channel, Customer Success, Customer Support, with a holistic view of how these functions drive business growth.
Demonstrable experience in managing projects and teams, with a strong interpersonal skills
