Keller Executive Search is currently seeking an experienced and motivated International Business Development Manager for a leading alcoholic beverage manufacturer and distributor. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business development, with a focus on the international market. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective strategies to expand the company's presence in international markets.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships, including distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Analyze sales data and market research to develop sales forecasts and budgets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to develop and launch new products tailored to international markets.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to showcase the company's products and network with potential clients.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct market research.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and business development, in the alcoholic beverage industry.
In-depth knowledge of international markets and a successful track record in expanding business internationally.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
