Commercial payments are a 145T opportunity with enormous potential. To help our clients tap into that opportunity, Visa offers Managed Services, where we embed Visa team members into clients to support them in launching, growing, and managing their commercial payments businesses.  
Managed Services acts as a true extension of Visa’s Clients’ teams bringing together expertise, capabilities, resources and scale to enhance performance and increase profitability. The Managed Services Global Lead will lead a global team of champions to develop our Managed Services offering with clients across the globe, working closely with our Visa Consulting & Analytics function as well as client executives. This role will report to the Global Head of Commercial Strategy. 
  In this role, you will: 
Develop and execute our Managed Services go-to-market strategy and bring priority use cases to market 
Onboard and enable a team of new ‘Managed Services regional VCS champions’ to lead Managed Services sales at the regional level, helping them develop and attain their sales goals 
Meet (and exceed) a team goal 
Build out and maintain sales collateral to enable regional champions to succeed 
Support regional leads in building out a coordinated, global education campaign on Managed Services for VCS 
Work with the Visa Consulting & Analytics team to continuously refine operating model and use cases 
Connect findings back into the broader VCS and Visa Consulting & Analytics organizations  
Measure the impact of sales performance and client growth objectives, engagement results and client satisfaction, connecting them back to operating model and sales priorities 
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
