Job Description
AECOM's Transportation group has a position available for an Lead Construction Manager in Rocky Hill, CT.
The responsibilities of this role include, but may not be limited to, the following:
Oversees the day-to-day operations of a large group of employees within a group or on a complex project.
Provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to subordinate group.
Supervises the installation of quality control process sampling systems, procedures, and statistical techniques.
Specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment.
Analyzes production limitations and standards.
Prepares and controls quality assurance/ quality control budgets.
Influences budgeting, cost controls, planning, scheduling, and procedural change.
Responsible for training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
