Heat Tech Industrial (HTI) is seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder Journeyman to join our team. As a Scaffold Builder Journeyman, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction and maintenance of industrial projects. Responsibilities
Build, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding structures on construction sites
Interpret blueprints and specifications to determine scaffold placement and design
Erect scaffolds following industry safety standards and company policies
Transport, set up, and secure scaffolding materials, ensuring stability and structural integrity
Offload and distribute components, ensuring proper inventory and maintenance
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any safety concerns
Requirements
Construction industry experience is a must
Minimum 2 years of experience and be familiar with both cuplock and ringlock
Extensive knowledge of scaffolding materials, tools, and equipment
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in construction
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean record
Preference given to US Citizens
This is a physically demanding job, role requires reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, bending, squatting. Work will be both indoors and outdoors.
