Job Description
Ulbrich Specialty Wire Products is a part of the Ulbrich Wire Group which custom engineers precision wire products including: , , , , and products. The Ulbrich Wire Group of companies are divisions of Ulbrich Stainless Steels & Special Metals, Inc. Our wire facilities have over 40 years of experience producing thousands of unique shapes and sizes for many markets. The Ulbrich Wire Group works together to bring a wide range of capabilities and leadership to the industry all across the globe.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain the Ulbrich Quality Management System;
Generate, maintain, and submit documents associated with various customer required packages (PPAP, PFO, FMEA, SPC, and gauge R&R documents);
Manage documentation preparation for customer on-site source inspections;
Assist the Quality Manager with the implementation and maintenance of an ISO-9001 or AS-9100 approved quality management system;
Function as primary point of contact relative to customer complaints pertaining to documentation and compliance to specification;
Act as the Lead Auditor for internal and supplier audits;
Implementation of continual improvement (A3) and corrective action (8D) requirements.
