Direct Counsel has partnered with a highly reputable law firm located in Los Angeles, CA seeking a 3-5 year experienced litigation/trial attorney for their sex crime and civil litigation practice. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of solid litigation experience and have some trial experience. Requirements
Draft pleadings, discovery, memoranda, motions and other legal documents
Handle litigation matters from inception through trial, including taking depositions, attending mediations and settlement negotiations
Make independent decisions and advising clients on pre-litigation and litigation matters
Work with experts
Conduct legal research
Other projects, as assigned
