Our AirScout software platform uses artificial intelligence, sensor fusion, and edge computing to detect, track, and identify threats in the air, over water, and on the ground. Our cutting-edge technology is utilized by commercial, government, and military users to increase situational awareness in and around sensitive locations.
The People Operations Manager will work with leaders of the business and engineering teams to identify people gaps and build and run a hiring and recruiting process for these gaps. This may include finding and managing external recruiting firms, finding clever ways to do outbound recruiting, and working with the team leaders to move candidates through the pipeline to close. The People Operations Manager will also lead and manage a variety of operations, administrative, and logistics projects and tasks, including team and culture building events and tasks.
Responsibilities
For our headquarters in Peachtree Corners, we are looking for a People Operations Manager starting as soon as possible. Responsibilities include:
Organize and execute on the company's talent acquisition plan and develop processes from recruitment to departure
Design and write targeted job postings to match our teams' requirements. You also screen and evaluate candidates based on pre-planned decision criteria
Actively organize job interviews and active searching activities
Plan and implement new employees’ onboarding with relevant hiring manager
Support the company’s marketing activities, including as job fairs and represent the company
Maintain employee files and records and ensure compliance with labor regulations
Collect data and generate statistics to support personnel controlling
Manage select office suppliers and third-party vendors
Plan team and culture building events and related activities
Requirements
You have professional experience in the field of recruiting, human resources, talent acquisition or a related area
You work independently in a structured manner and can communicate clearly and convincingly – both written and verbally
You are a motivated problem solver who takes ownership, acts with urgency, and is comfortable with ambiguity.
You enjoy working in teams, cultivating relationships, and helping shape culture
You have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and/or Workable is a plus
Export Control Requirements:
To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
