Pre-Litigation Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Pre-Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic personal injury law firm in their Century City, CA office. As a Pre-Litigation Attorney you will be instrumental in shaping the early stages of cases to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute to the firm's success while working with a talented team of attorneys.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough legal research and case investigations.
Prepare demand letters and engage in negotiations for settlements.
Maintain open and effective communication with clients, opposing parties, and insurance companies.
Draft necessary pleadings and motions.
Evaluate cases to provide clients with valuable legal advice.
Keep meticulous records and ensure case files are up to date.
Attend hearings and mediations as required.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve case objectives.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active and in good standing with the California state bar association.
Must have some experience in Personal Injury
Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
Exceptional research and analytical abilities
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
High level of professionalism and a strong commitment to client service.
