Project Manager (pre-construction)

fs3|Hodges is seeking a dedicated and highly motivated pre-construction Project Manager to join our team. As a leading project and construction management firm, fs3|Hodges is committed to providing exceptional services and delivering high-quality projects for our clients.
Projects will include tenant improvements, renovation, infrastructure, site work, etc at CSULB.
Salary Range: $125,000 - $175,000

Responsibilities
Role is as a preconstruction project manager (PM) of multiple projects 
PM will carry projects through design development and permitting 
PM will bid projects and process construction contracts 
Obtain quotes from designers, vendors, consultants, etc. and execute agreements 
Review all contract documents and ensure all appropriate CSU procedures are used 
Manage consultant budgets and timelines 
When ready, projects are handed over to a construction management team 
Requirements
5-8+/- years of experience in the construction (pre-construction and/or construction) 
Institutional/Higher Ed experience preferred 
CSU experience is a plus but not required 
Experience working for a general contractor on construction projects is a plus 
Able to handle multiple projects concurrently, +/-5 ranging in value from $2mil to $5mil.
