Title and Registration Specialist

Job Description
The Title and Registration Specialist will be responsible for managing the title and registration process for our fleet. This person will ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to vehicle titles and registrations. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and governmental agencies.
Key Responsibilities:  
Assemble, maintain, and record information
Process MSO’s (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) and paperwork for vehicle registrations and renewals
Maintain license plate inventory
Ensure proper processing of licenses plates to ensure we maximize credit and transfers (in applicable states)  
Partner with vendors and branches to ensure timely processing of registrations and renewals
Follow up with vendors about pending work
Assist in the vendor selection process by researching and qualifying vendors
Validate invoices for payment
Check data for accuracy, while revising errors  
Assist with other car control clerical tasks  
Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs
