What we’re looking for:
TP-Link is seeking an experienced candidate to develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and brand visibility on the Amazon platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, and Marketing to optimize our presence on Amazon and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
Content lead for A+/GI/Bullets – Outside of basic product descriptions and setup, an individual who is passionate about providing solutions and telling the story to generate a sense of need for our products/solutions.
Project and execution lead for marketing initiatives – Banners, brand store, email scheduling and content, marketing widgets on product display pages, creative asset direction, and more.
Work with marcom team to execute E-com initiatives and project manage from creation to completion.
Exploration and onboarding of affiliates and partners to drive external traffic to TP-Link products on ecommerce sites
Evaluate and recommend marketing spend for Amazon and other ecommerce sites to help drive awareness and traffic including conversion data for campaigns
Reporting of marketing budget spend and initiatives with detailed outcomes and ROAS analysis
Analyze Amazon sales data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies

Requirements
Minimum 3+ years in a marketing role with experience working in ecommerce.
Understanding of best practices and marketing strategies for promoting brands on Amazon
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
Proven track record of marketing initiatives with quantifiable results
Passion for writing and acumen in creative writing
Basic design skills using Adobe PS a big plus
Benefits
Salary: $90K-$120K with bonus eligibility
