Social Media and Digital Communications Specialist

SALT Dental Collective is seeking a talented Social Media and Digital Communications Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and executing our social media and digital communications strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business results.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive audience growth.
Monitor social media platforms, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our community.
Manage social media advertising campaigns and track performance to achieve campaign objectives.
Create and schedule email and newsletter campaigns to keep our audience informed and engaged.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize digital communications strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and digital communications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing social media channels and executing social media campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and social media advertising.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong creativity and ability to create engaging and visually appealing content.
Experience in email marketing and familiarity with email marketing platforms.
Ability to analyze and interpret data to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
