Summary
The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), reporting to the Director of FP&A, is responsible for assisting in all aspects of financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The Manager of FP&A will act as a key partner to the business in communicating financial and operating performance to senior management to aid critical decision-making activity and ensure the business performance is aligned with its financial and strategic goals. This is a high-visibility role within the business with opportunities for growth within the organization.
*This position is located on-site in Phoenix, AZ.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Create weekly and monthly reporting to identify trends and variances to forecast, budget, and historical expenses, provided in a clear and action-oriented format to drive decisions.
Partner with business teams to create dashboards, tools, and insights that align with each team’s specific needs and financial outcomes.
Support the preparation and continual improvement in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Identify, develop, and implement opportunities to streamline and enhance financial processes.
Work closely with the accounting team to support month-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Complete ad-hoc analysis and reporting as requested.

Requirements
Ability to understand and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flows).
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Effectively communicate and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency with financial and accounting reporting systems.
Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
Experience working with Microsoft Office applications; advanced level experience in Excel.
Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve challenges.
5 plus years of overall finance experience.
Commitment and ability to manage time and meet critical business deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and high growth environment.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
MBA preferred
