Job Summary: The Engineering Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the engineering department. This role involves coordinating engineering projects, managing documentation, assisting with project schedules, and facilitating communication between various teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in managing multiple tasks efficiently
Assists engineering managers and team members with daily administrative tasks.
Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence.
Support project planning and scheduling activities.
Track project progress and update project schedules.
Serve as a point of contact between the engineering department and other internal/external stakeholders.
Facilitate clear and efficient communication across different teams.
Ensure all engineering documentation meets regulatory and company standards.
Assist with procurement of engineering supplies and equipment.
