Medical Assistant or LPN

We are looking for a full time Medical Assistant or LPN who will be responsible for assisting Doctors and Nurses in providing care to their patients.
Example of Responsibilities:
Measure and record vital signs
Prepare patients for examinations
Assist provider with exams and minor procedures
Perform basic lab tests and EKGs
Prepare and administer medications and immunizations
Prior authorizations for procedures, testing, DME supplies etc.
Triage of patient phone calls
Knowledge of and adherence to OSHA safety standards
Protect patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal, medical and financial information per HIPAA.
Requirements
Qualification/Education/Requirements:
Current Medical Assistant Certification Preferred but not required
2 years' experience (Preferred)
EMR experience (Required)
Strong writing and verbal skills
