Requirements
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints or work instructions to assemble products
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
Use hand tools and power tools to assemble components
Operate machinery to perform assembly tasks
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
Good manual dexterity
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
