Gateman / Traffic Marshall

We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Gateman/Traffic Marshall to provide holiday cover at our busy construction site in the Wakefield area. As a Gateman/Traffic Marshall, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of traffic and the safety of all personnel on site.

Responsibilities:

Directing traffic on and off the site to ensure safe and efficient movement of vehicles.
Managing vehicle and pedestrian access to the site.
Monitoring site entry and exit points.
Assisting with the coordination of deliveries.
Implementing and maintaining health and safety protocols.
Communicating effectively with site personnel and visitors.
Keeping the site entrance clean. Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role.
Valid traffic marshall certification.
A proactive and vigilant approach to safety.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Punctuality and reliability.
