Job Title: Legionella Remedial Plumber

Salary: Up to £34,279 depending on experience

Overview: My client is currently seeking an experienced Commercial Legionella Plumber to fill a position within their Mobile Division, based in the Sheffield. In this position, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including monitoring, one-off remedial cleaning, chemical testing, and minor plumbing assignments. Your primary objective will be to ensure compliance with Legionella control programmes as outlined in the Water Technical Manual across a diverse range of client sites.

Requirements: We are looking for individuals with experience in Commercial Plumbing within the FM sector, preferably with exposure to Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment. Basic IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, are preferred. The ability to thrive under pressure, manage deadlines effectively, and hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing are essential for this role.

Main Duties:

Perform plumbing tasks in accordance with Approved Code of Practice L8 standards.
Serve as a representative of our client while on customer sites.
Maintain accurate records of water systems in compliance with Approved Code of Practice L8 and company protocols.
Collect water samples from various properties across multiple sectors and document findings as per Water Technical Manual guidelines.
Complete and submit all relevant documentation promptly and efficiently, and address customer queries regarding paperwork progress.
Execute water system clean and disinfections in adherence to Approved Code of Practice L8 regulations and Water Technical Manual directives.If you meet the specified requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your updated CV.
