Job Title: Junior Building Surveyor- Construction
Salary: £28,000-£33,000 per annum
Location: Sheffield
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist senior surveyors with site inspections, assessments, and surveys.
* Conduct measurements, prepare drawings, and produce reports.
* Assist in project management tasks, including budgeting and scheduling.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
* Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree in Building Surveying or related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
