Specifications Technologist

This Specifications Technologist role would be ideal for you if you are currently working in a Quality or Technical Administration role and looking to progress your career in the food industry.
The Company
This high-growth food organisation is a leading supplier in its sector, supplying a complex range of UK customers, including UK leading retailers, foodservice and B2B sectors. With ambitious plans for 2024, it now requires a Specifications Technologist to join the Technical team.
The Role
An integral member of the Technical team, you will ensure the legal and technical compliance of all foods products, through the provision of accurate customer and supplier specifications.  This will involve being the first point of contact for customer queries in relation to finish product specifications as well as liaising across the wider business on all related matters.
About You
Essentially, you will have worked in the Food Industry within a fast-moving Quality or Technical team.  Ideally, you will have some experience of working in some capacity with technical specifications and, in addition some understanding  of food labelling and food composition would be highly advantageous.
