Complex Care Nurse - Paediatrics
Blackburn area
£34000 plus benefits
alified and experienced nurse to become part of its delivery team.
The position provides an opportunity for you to help design and develop a service that delivers complex care services to customers within their own homes.
The role itself has a large amount of autonomy and you will work with the registered operations manager, clinical lead and the Head of Business Development to deliver and develop an outstanding service across Blackburn
The role will include, but is not limited to:
Managing your case load of families and carers and providing training to staff.
* Completing Assessments
* Providing delegations to staff
* Spot checks
* Creating care plans
* Monitoring the clinical aspects of all packages of care being
* Training staff in care
This is full time permanent position, you will be office based but also required out on the field to manage your caseload.
