Registered Mental Health Nurse

Healthcare Talent are recruiting for Registered Mental Health Nurses and Learning Disability Nurses (RMN/RNLD) to work for a national healthcare provider for contract or ad-hoc (agency) work.
As a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and providing a warm and welcoming environment. You will also be working within a transdisciplinary team that includes a range of professionals.
Responsibilities for this role will include:
As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure children and young people in this specialist Inpatient Eating Disorder service receive high-quality care, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.
The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine and variety. Your day-to-day will include:
* Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
* Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
* Providing mentorship and support to team members
* Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided
As a Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) you must:
* Have at least 3 months UK experience of working in a similar environment and role
* A relevant nursing qualification
* NMC registration
* Strong team-working skills
* A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
* A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
* A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
