Head of Bridging Loans

I'm exclusively working with a growing financial services business who are looking for a a Head of Bridging Loans to business develop for the group as well as specialising in bridging and commercial loans.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to put their broker contacts and networking relationships to use by winning new business and expanding on existing. If you're a dynamic individual and have a passion for driving sales and are looking for organic progression then this is the role for you!

What your duties will look like:

Managing a small Bridging and Commercial loans team of two initially, you will be expected to grow the existing client base and then in turn increase the headcount of the department
Work closely with the mortgage advisor to be able to give the client a tailored package on which broker would be best suited to them
Consistently generating new business and setting up new brokers to the database
Being pro active and building up strong client relationships
Informing clients about new products and interest ratesWhat experience you NEED to have:

Experience as a bridging loan broker-absolutely key
Confident in calling through to clients to expand on business development
Have previous experience managing a team and heading up a departmentBenefits:
