Job Title: CNC Turner
Overview of the Company:
Our client in Rotherham are now recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner, programmer, setter and operator
Key Responsibilities:
* Program, Set and operate CNC Turning machines to produce high-quality parts using Fanuc controls
* Previous experience working with Doosan Lynx, Doosan Puma lathes
* Create a program from scratch from engineering drawings, load program, set and operate machinery
* Understand technical drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy and precision in production.
* Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
* Maintain equipment and keep work area clean and organized.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in CNC Turning and knowledge of technical drawings and specifications.
* Experience using Fanuc controls
* Ability to Program, operate, set up, troubleshoot and maintain CNC Turning machines.
* Good understanding of machining principles and practices.
* Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.

£15-17 per hour, negotiable depending on experience
