Salary: £84 - £95 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a SEN school in Worksop, supporting with their recruitment for a SEN Teaching Assistant  / SEN TA starting in September. The setting is centred on pupil’s development, building a relationship with the pupils, as well as an intrinsic desire to make progress both academically and with their own emotional, social and behavioural skills.

The school is seeking out a passionate team player to take on the role. A successful SEND Teaching Assistant / TA who can bring a new dimension and skill set to what can be achieved in this long-term role, with potential to become a permanent placement for the right SEND Teaching assistant / SEND TA.

The successful SEND Teaching Assistant / SEND TA will have:

· Experience working with children with additional needs / disabilities
· Experience working with students with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) and challenging behaviours
· Level 2 or 3 CACHE or equivalent
