Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Rotherham

Key Responsibilities:
Supervising students in the absence of a teacher, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and materials effectively.
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring students remain engaged and focused.
Providing support to students in their learning activities.
Liaising with teaching staff and management to ensure continuity of learning.Requirements:
Previous experience working within an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behaviour.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
