Roles & Responsibilities
* Allocate jobs to employees and provide necessary assistance.
* Detect and address issues within the department and company.
* Operate CNC machines, edge banders, beam saws, and traditional woodworking machinery.
* Work from CAD drawings and cutting lists accurately.
* Communicate production-related problems to the management team.
* Work effectively within a tight-knit team environment.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years of machining experience.
* Skilled in operating CNC machines, edge banders, beam saws, and traditional woodworking machinery.
* Ability to work from CAD drawings and cutting lists.
* Proven experience in managing small teams.
* Strong ability to identify and resolve production issues.
* High standard of accuracy and attention to detail in work.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Driving licence preferred.
