Inx are seeking a results-driven Head of Change to lead our financial services client through transformative initiatives and strategic change processes.

The Role

As the Group Head of Change, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational agility, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring seamless implementation of key projects and initiatives. This position requires a strong, creative leader with a proven track record in orchestrating change, fostering innovation, and ensuring successful adaptation and integration with evolving product, market and regulatory dynamics at an international organisation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive change strategy aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, drive process efficiency, and implement best practices.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, encouraging creative thinking and collaboration across the organisation.
Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of change initiatives, tracking key performance metrics and adjusting as necessary.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication and transparency throughout the change process.

Requirements:

Proven success in leading change management initiatives within the financial services or another highly regulated industry.
Prior experience with building out a change function do deliver programs and projects.
Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
Proven experience with creating a program initiation framework, resource models and ways of working.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive organisational change.
Deep understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
Experience with product development as well as a good strategic mindset for the initiation of programs and the delivery of large-scale change would be incredibly beneficial for this role.
