SEND Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:
â Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students
â Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
â Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate
â Deliver catch-up sessions
SEND Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:
â Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people, specifically those with SEND.
â Must have a passion for education
â Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
â Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher

Job Type: Temp to Perm contract
Pay: £91-£92 per day
