You will be expected to play a key part in the successful delivery of our traditional and design & build projects, including preparation of drawings and specifications, undertaking surveys and obtaining tender quotations.
You will work closely with other professionals within the business, supervise members of staff and deliver new innovative projects. It’s imperative that you’re able to manage resources and ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and within budget. Our ideal candidate will be able to deliver on our customers’ requirements and work under minimum direction.
Our ideal candidate:
* HNC/HND in a related discipline or can demonstrate significant relevant experience
* CSC card or is prepared to immediately attain
* Membership of the Institute of Architectural Technologist and be working or prepared to work towards chartered status
* Experience in a similar of related role
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD
* Familiar with relevant construction, health and safety legislation and risks and hazards associated with asbestos
* Familiar with Revit software
A driving license will also be required to meet the travel requirements of the role
