Position: English Teacher (Temporary to Permanent)

Salary: M1 - UPS3 Pay Scale

My partner Secondary School located in Dewsbury are seeking a dedicated and passionate English Teacher to join their team. This is a temporary to permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity for a committed educator to contribute to the thriving school community and become permanent after a certain amount of time.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective English lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
Plan, prepare, and assess students' work to ensure high standards of learning and achievement.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for English literature and language.
Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback and support to help each student achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement the school's curriculum and contribute to the wider school community.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge in English and a proven track record of successful teaching.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
