Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for an Architectural Technologist / Technician, in the early stages of their career, to join this Practice's enthusiastic and experienced team based out of impressive mill offices in a rural town.

You will be working on an expanding portfolio of projects with varying complexity across multiple sectors but our Clients immediate workload will be focused on sectors including:

~ Residential (speculative multi unit developments and bespoke one off executive private houses)
~ Industrial
~ Education
~ Care-homes

A really great environment in which to develop your skills as a developing Architectural Technologist or Technician.

You will be given the opportunity, with full support, to take projects from initial Client meetings all the way through to Client handover.

Person Specification:

Our Client is looking for a Candidates with the following technical attributes:

~ A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a UK Practice.
~ Proficient in Revit

Equally important are soft skills which will include:

~ An excellent communicator both written and verbal.
~ A dynamic and self-motivated individual with a 'can do' attitude.
~ Somebody with ambition and enthusiasm.
