Sewell Wallis are partnering with a growing PE business on the outskirts of Harrogate who are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join their team.

This is a pivotal role within the business where you will be responsible for the finance operations, analysis and reporting of the Company, and a key link into Group functions.

Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious individual who is ideally newly qualified / fully qualified CIMA / ACA / ACCA.

Working closely with the senior leadership team other key responsibilities will include:-

Producing monthly management accounts for stakeholders across the group
Preparing budgets and forecasts
Supporting in the weekly trading reporting of commercial performance across the business
Variance analysis
Business partnering group functions
Accurate and timely reporting on actuals vs forecast
Balance sheet control, ensuring the delivery of accurate monthly accounts
Cash flow management
Supporting the external audit and year-end reporting cycle

Requirements

Fully qualified accountant / newly qualified, ideally CIMA / ACA / ACCA
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to analyse complex data
Excellent Excel skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environmentBenefits
