Immediate opportunity in Buildings Maintenance for a level 3 qualified Electrician. The role offers to opportunity to gain further qualifications and would suit someone looking for a day, site-based maintenance role working pleasant, non-stressful environment for a company who offers great benefits. The Electrician role:
Attending breakdowns and undertaking planned and preventative maintenance
Working with plant and associated equipment, heating, ventilation and boiler controls, alarm systems,
Assisting in the installation of new plant/equipment, HVAC installation and maintenance work
Building control and automation,
Hot and Cold water systems, security access control.
Liaise with the Maintenance Supervisor regarding plant or equipment failures and request the supply of goods and or services as necessary.
Carry out planned preventive maintenance inspections and commissioning tests
Complete all report sheets and test certificates as necessary.
Monitor and test chemical levels adjust as required reserves within boiler feed water systems.
Follow planned maintenance schedules.
Lifts, drainage and sewage systems.
37 hours per week
Rotating on-call rota for which extra payment is given for the on call covered.
Overtime paid over 37.5 hours at 1.5x's or time given in lieu

The Person:
Experience working in manufacturing, Industrial, facilities, buildings maintenance or commercial based electrical role.
A can-do attitude and a proven background and a stable career within engineering.
A recognised and registered electrical apprenticeship and minimum NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering.
18th Edition qualification
