Vehicle Technician

Are you a skilled and experienced vehicle technician looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 / Level 4 Vehicle Technician to join our team.

Major Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician for their client located in Thorne, Doncaster. As a Vehicle Technician, you will play a major part in ensuring the quality of service described is adhered efficiently carrying out repairs whilst minimizing time and material costs.

Key Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician

Document all repairs according to company policy and quality standards utilising BMW ISTA for repair instructions.
Adhere to supplier guidelines for material usage.
Participate in BMW training courses to learn new methods and techniques
Take ownership pf vehicles and responsibility for repairs performed.
Remain flexible in daily duties as needed.
Ensuring adherence to and improvement upon the quality of service as outlined in working procedures, as well as compliance with Health & Safety responsibilities and ISO 9001 accreditation.
Maintaining awareness, knowledge, and training on environmental issues within the ISO 14001 standard.
Ensuring compliance with site rules established by BMW.Skills Required as a Vehicle Technician

IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or Equivalent (certificates will be required)
Further qualifications in EV (BMW specific) would be advantageous
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.What's included?
