Working Hours: Monday to Wednesday (Apply online only) / Thursday 0700 - 16.30 (37.5 hours per week Monday to Thursday)

We have an exciting opportunity at our Scania assistance branch based in Bradford. As a supervisor at Scania assistance, you will be responsible for coordinating support for customers in need of roadside assistance. The role requires a forward thinker who can build positive working relationships and ensure the smooth and efficient running of our centre.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enhance performance and processes.
Ensure the effective and efficient running of the Service Coordination team.
Build and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
Deliver excellent customer service with transparent communication
Identify solutions for unexpected situations which occur for drivers on the road
