💰 Compensation:
This is a long-term position available for immediate start until the end of the academic year. Successful candidates will enjoy a competitive pay rate ranging from £130 to £210 per day, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
🎓 Requirements:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or possess a PGCE in English.
Demonstrated experience and proficiency in teaching English at the secondary level.
Genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
Enhanced DBS clearance on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) to ensure the safety and well-being of our school community.
💼 Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote academic achievement.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and resources.
