I have a fantastic opportunity for a maintenance team leader to join a well-known company based near Telford. As a maintenance team leader, you will be in charge of a small team of engineers to achieve department targets.
My client is looking for a maintenance team leader to join their continental shift rota. The right person will be a multi-skilled engineer with strong electrical abilities. As well as a good salary and benefits package my client offers career development opportunities for those who seek it.
Maintenance Leader Role Benefits:
* Salary £56,000
* Pension Scheme.

Maintenance Leader Duties include:
* Continental days and nights rota (Average 39.12 hours per week).
* Manage team to meet departments KPI’s.
* Prioritise and resolve maintenance requests.
* Update CMMS.
* Manage installations.
* Completion of works orders.
* Control critical spares and stocks.
* Actively contribute to company continuous improvement activities.
As a Maintenance Team Leader Requirements:
* Recognised electrical qualifications. (NVQ Level 3 or HNC Electrical).
* 18th edition.
* Previous supervisory experience.
* PLC and Robotic knowledge.
* Understanding of continuous improvement techniques (Kaizen, 5S).
* Good communication skills.
* Good knowledge of health and safety.
* Hydraulic and Pneumatic experience.
* Manufacturing experience.
