We are recruitng on behalf of our client who are global leading producers and stockholders of stainless steel and aluminium products.

Our client are recruiting for an experienced sales administrator with a good industrial and commercial background ,candidates who are adaptable and have good, all-round administrative abilities: whether this be generated from previous work experience or from qualifications gained from colleges or universities.

Duties include

* A functional understanding of ICT software suites is essential

* Proven experience with microsoft office packages such as a good level of excel and word.

* Understanding of stock management system ( although training will be provided)

* Able to work on own initiative and prioritise work load

* Working within a team enviroment and working towards team goals

* Undertake administrative support tasks for the Sales Operations team to enable the fulfilment of the companies’ ambitious sales targets

* Support the Sales Operations team with the completion of all documentation required to complete a sales from order to delivery.

* Complete the shipment of all relevant documentation to suppliers and shopfloor.

* Provide administrative assistance to other departments

* Ensure accurate archiving of all sales order and finance information, electronic and hard copy.
