PGCE/QTS

Skills:

Teaching, Behaviour Management, English Language, English Literature

Job Duties:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in English to secondary school students
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
Assess and evaluate student progress to provide feedback and support their development
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement educational programmes and initiatives

Required Qualifications:

Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) 
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Knowledge and Skills:

Solid understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and student behaviour

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

Qualification in English Literature/Language, or related subject would be useful
Experience working with students from troubled or disadvantaged backgrounds, who are generally at risk.
