Our busy high street branch has an exciting opportunity available for a keen individual looking to start their career in business.

Important skills will be gained from working in the recruitment industry, this role includes aspects of administration, customer service, recruitment, and compliance.

Duties to expect, include:
- Meeting and greeting candidates on arrival to the office.
- Dealing with high volumes of incoming queries via the phone.
- Preparing and conducting candidate interviews in branch.
- Establishing relationships and supporting the candidate journey of finding a new role.
- Supporting the team with administrative duties, such as job posting and candidate resourcing.
- Take responsibility of maintaining branch compliance.

Alongside gaining valuable experience, we will support the successful individual with completing a recognised related apprenticeship via our accredited training partner.

Hours of work: 9:30am - 5pm (30 min break)

Hourly rate: Apprentice rate (NMW)
