Mechanical Inspector (Night Shift) / Warwick / £18.90ph (inc shift) - Contract
Are you a skilled Mechanical Inspector looking for a new opportunity? Join our client's team in the motorsport and aerospace industries, where you'll play a crucial role in validating high-quality motorsport components.
Location / Hours:
You'll be based close to Warwick 4 nights per week, Monday - Thursday 9:15pm to 7am. You'll need to be able to drive there. Free parking available.
Mechanical Inspector Responsibilities
Validate high-quality transmission components and casings.
Operate Mitutoyo coordinate measuring machines efficiently.
Demonstrate proficiency in mechanical measuring skills and CMM machine usage.
Understand engineering drawings and geometric tolerances.
Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives.
Mechanical Inspector Requirements
Proven experience of using hand-held measuring tools for inspection
Confident ability to read complex engineering drawings to a high standard
Experience working with CMM machines is ideal but not essential (Mitutoyo)
Own transportation to complete required NS hours.
Full right to work in UK
