The Role:

The Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (English/French) will play a crucial role in supporting our client’s customer base through various channels such as tickets, phone calls, and live chat. This role is perfect for those passionate about cutting-edge technology and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Addressing customer inquiries through email and various social media channels.

* Managing and prioritising daily customer support requests to ensure timely solutions.

* Handle technical inquiries from non-technical users with clarity and expertise.

* Striving to achieve exceptional first-time resolutions for customer satisfaction.

* Adapting to the evolving demands of our EU business, initially focusing on French and English support.

* Operating within UK business hours with flexibility, including occasional evening/weekend availability as required by business demands.

What we need from you:

* Fluent proficiency in both English and French languages.

* Ability to comprehend technical queries and deliver effective solutions.

* Previous experience in customer service.

* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

* Digital environment experience.

* Track record of generating sales leads.

* Willingness to exceed expectations to engage customers for positive business growth.

Desirable Experience/Skills:

* Prior experience with an e-commerce brand.

* Experience with email customer service for technical products/brands.

* Prior experience/knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Shopify/Gorgias.

* Comfortable communicating and engaging with customers on the phone.

* Capability in another EU language (Multilingual skills).

* Experience in handling customer queries through phone calls.

* Familiarity with technology-related products and services.
