Team Leader
Extra Recruitment are recruiting for a Team Leader in the Aldridge area.
The role of a Team Leader will be to aid the company’s day to day function of the manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for a small team of operators as their point of contact.
Details of a Team Leader
Monday – Friday 06:00 – 15:30 // Monday Thursday 11:30 – 22:00 (Rotating shifts)
£12.50 - £13.50
Temp – Perm
Role Requirements of a Team Leader
- Ideally have plastic injection moulding experience
- Daily monitoring of manufacturing facility and machines
- Delegate machine duties to shop floor staff and schedule shop floor rest breaks
- Monitor workers during production activities and ensure adherence to quality and safety policies
- Ensure products meet manufacturing standards
- Sign off first off samples and last off samples
- Report any errors or required modifications to quality processing sheets
- Ensure scrap is recorded for morning and afternoon shifts
- Inform management of downtime in machinery
- Inform management of accidents or safety concerns
Qualifications of a Team Leader
- Good team work skills
- Familiarity with plastic injection moulding
